This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the replacement of the roofing membrane on the Plant Services Building located at the Children's & Women's Campus, 76 Heather Street, Vancouver, BC. The detailed scope of work, technical requirements and project specifications are outlined in the IFT documents.


The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be October 31, 2026
