A. 1. Eligible Bidders (previously prequalified for this specific project) 

Only invited Bidder may submit a Tender in response to this ITT. 

The invited General Contractors (Prime) are:

  • KDS Construction Ltd.
  • CDC Construction Ltd.
  • Halse‐Martin Construction Co. Ltd.

The Bidders must use the BidCentral Online Bidding (BOBS) for Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors.

Discipline: Mechanical Sub-Contractor 
Qualification Range: Acute Care only, greater than $100,000. Note BOBS is required.
