1.2 Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project:

The Langley Public Health Facility has experienced significant blockages in some below-grade sanitary drains. The investigation findings indicate that the current below-grade sanitary drainage system has several installation issues which lead to frequent backups and unreliable performance. It is advised to prioritize repairs, beginning with identified failure points, and to add accessible cleanouts to assist with future maintenance.  The objective is to implement the sanitary remediation

The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated by December 28, 2026

A.1 Eligible Bidders

Discipline:  General Contractor

Qualification Range:  Non-Acute Care Project, greater than $150K

Discipline:  Mechanical Subcontractor

Qualification Range:  Non-Acute Care Project, greater than $100K

***Note: Mechanical Contractor must bid through Bid Depository (BOBS)

Use of the BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) is required.
