Purpose This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: Due to the age of walk in freezers 2 and 4 as well as cooler 1, we are dealing with condensation and leakage as well as potential mechanical failure of the compressors providing the refrigeration for these walk in units. This equipment is unfeasible to repair because of its age and physical condition. We are seeking bids to remove and reinstall the freezer/cooler insulated walls, compressors and evaporators, related controls, piping and wiring in phases as to keep one freezer operational at a time. The required completion date is March 1, 2022. Eligible Bidders Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
