Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Chilliwack General Hospital.  The work involves the replacement of the existing roof assembly.  The existing assembly is to be removed down to the structural concrete deck, and a new conventional roof assembly with tapered insulation installed. 

The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated January 31, 2025.

This site visit is mandatory.  Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (Roofing Contractor) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
