Description: 

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for demolition and replacement of the two existing heating hot water boilers in the South Power Plant at Richmond Hospital. Demolition of existing associated supply/return piping, flue venting, and fuel oil piping. Installation of two new boilers c/w controls, new supply/return piping, fuel oil piping, separate flue venting, and installation of new valves off the connections to the existing distribution. Installation of a new motorized bay door, new roof-top exhaust fan, and several modifications to the building envelope and existing housekeeping pads. Installation of future temporary boiler provisions.

Only the following Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization via RFPQ F772-00 / 10904 may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
