Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Chilliwack General Hospital.

The purpose of this project is to renovate existing Breast Health space located within the Breast Health suite of Medical Imagining at Chilliwack General Hospital.  The goal is to improve Breast Health patient experience and create operational efficiencies.

  • a demo and renovation several smaller rooms to create a larger waiting area, change area, new storage room, relocated and enhanced mammo room, enhanced booking clerk office and new hand hygiene sink.
  • The renovations include a demo, relocation of walls, new sink plumbing, ceilings, lighting, relocation of sprinklers, new ceiling tiles, interior finishes (flooring/paint) and abatement.

 

It’s expected that construction will be able to occur in phases to accommodate clinic to remain operational through renovation.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
