This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the E842-00 Sechelt Hospital (SH) Emergency Department Expansion project. The Project consists of an interior renovation of the waiting, registration and streaming areas of the Sechelt Emergency department to provide a more efficient and functional space for patients and clinicians. The construction work is anticipated to start on October 2, 2023 and substantial completion on February 2, 2024. The required ready-for-take-over date is anticipated to February 9, 2024.

Any interested Bidder may submit a Tender in response to this ITT.

This site visit is mandatory.  Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (GC) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
