Eligible Bidders This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the Providence Health Care – St. Paul’s Hospital Centralized Food Preparation Project. The St. Paul’s Hospital Centralized Food Project is a subproject to the VCH Decentralized Food Project (A121-00). The kitchen at VGH (circa 1959) has reached the end of its lifecycle. Upgrades and repairs would be difficult and costly in a very congested space. It was determined that the kitchen at St. Paul’s Hospital (SPH) has the capacity to prepare food for VGH and Banfield Pavilion.
