Description: 

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Construction of a Food Hall on level 1 within the new St Paul’s Hospital including mechanical, electrical, millwork, furniture and procurement and installation of food services equipment. The Food Hall will consist of a back of house kitchen, front of house food prep area, café island, and a dining hall.  Total area is approx. 681 sm. 

The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is January 15, 2027, prior to the hospital opening to patients.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:

This site visit is mandatory.  Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (General Contractor) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.

 

Use of Bid Depository
