Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project:

The residence in Mission (TRIM) at Mission Memorial Hospital suffered a flood through the 2 stories at the Deroche wing, resulting in an emergency demolition and abatement to both floors.  Remediation and demolition of the damaged material is complete and a Hazardous materials report is available confirming the area is clear of all hazardous materials.  This project is limited to reinstating the interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and fire protection services to its original form.  Letter of intent is expected to be issued mid-September and construction should commence immediately with end date of March 2023.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
