Description: 

1.2 Purpose
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the modernization of duplex Elevators #1 and #2 at Delta Hospital. The scope includes Prime Contractor responsibility, permits and coordination with all trades, elevator modernization scope, related electrical work, fire alarm work, machine room mechanical work, and infection control during construction.
The project is estimated to be completed and ready for Operational takeover on October 2027.

 

A.1. Eligible Bidders
Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
Discipline: General Contractor (Prime)
Qualification Range: Acute Care Projects, greater than $150,000
 

Discipline: Elevator Sub-Contractor
Qualification Range: Prequalification is not required.
(Elevator subcontractor bids to General Contractor.)
 

Discipline: Electrical Sub-Contractor
Qualification Range: Acute greater than $100,000. Care Projects,
(Electrical subcontractor bids to General Contractor.)
 

Discipline: Mechanical Sub-Contractor
Qualification Range: Acute Care Projects, any dollar thresholds.
(Mechanical subcontractor bids to General Contractor.)
