Description: 

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the VCH Project #11135 VGH Jack Bell Phase 2 Elevator Modernization. This Project is to complete Elevator Modernization of the Jack Bell Phase 2 Elevator (North) TSBC #12414 and it requires Fire Alarm and HVAC upgrades. The work is anticipated to start on June 8, 2026.

Bidders Site Visit

A mandatory site visit of the proposed work will take place on April 30th, 2026 10:00am to 12:00pm PST, meeting at 777 W12 Ave. Vancouver FMO office lobby.
