This "Invite Only" Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the project that will convert the heating and chilled water systems from constant to variable flow for better energy efficiency. The project scope includes the retrofit of two heating pumps and the replacement of multiple 3-way valves to 2-way valves.
