Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Coastal Health Organization for the Medical Vacuum upgrade at VGH Jack bell Research Centre. The Jack Bell Research Centre is one of biggest research centre in western Canada and the building was built in 1990. The Scope of work is replacing the existing duplex Peerless Medical Vacuum system located in room 118 at the first-floor level mechanical room.  Existing medical vacuum machine passed life expectancy and doesn’t meet current building code/city by-law. The new system will be compliant to CSA Z7396.1-17 Medical Gas pipeline systems, as well as VBBL 2019.

 

Eligible Bidders

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following disciplines, may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:

Mechanical Contractors (Prime Contractor/Bidder)

Qualification Range:

Acute / Non-Acute Care Project Greater than $100,000

Discipline:Electrical Sub-Contractor
Qualification Range:

Acute / Non-Acute Care Projects any dollar thresholds may bid
