Purpose This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: Project Overview The purpose of this project is to provide design insight and complete cosmetic upgrades to the Hospice and Acute rehab units within Laurel Place. Description of scope of work Work will comprise of the following: • Assisting in product and colour selection for paint and flooring • Removal and replacement of flooring in designated areas • Wall repair and painting in designated areas • Replacement of all window coverings • Replacement of damaged millwork cabinet doors • Installation of additional millwork storage cabinet in hospice kitchen • Creating of a locked coffee cabinet in Acute Rehab dining room Ready for take over date Work must be completed and invoiced by December 31, 2023 Eligible Bidders Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
