Description:	Purpose This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for: Vancouver Southeast UPCC Project The project entails the interior fit out, re-roofing, minor structural upgrade, installation of new mechanical roof top units, electrical, communication, fire warning and security system to accommodate a new Urgent and Primary Care Centre in an existing single storey building at 5880 Victoria Drive, Vancouver. Hazmat abatement and demolition of the previous tenant improvement has been generally completed. Contract period: Base bid: To achieve Total Performance within 23 weeks from award of Letter of Intent that includes occupancy permit / final inspection from City of Vancouver & Deficiency Work Qualification Range: The eligible contractors (only) are: CDC Construction Ltd. Century Group Inc. Chandos Construction Kinetic Construction Ltd. Turner Construction Company KDS Construction Ltd. Discipline: Mechanical Contractors Qualification Range: Acute/ Non-Acute Care Greater than $100,000 *Note: Mechanical Contractors must bid through Bid Depository (BOBS) see A.5. Use of the BidCentral Online Bidding for Subcontractors (BOBS) is required.
