Description: 

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain an Electrical or Lighting Contractor as the Prime Contractor for the F415-00-1 Sechelt Hospital Lighting Upgrade project. The project is an acute care interior lighting systems upgrade. This involves retrofitting of existing luminaires with new, energy efficient, components that will be installed within the existing housing. Some new luminaires will be installed in stairwells and selected areas. 

All work is anticipated to be completed by March 14, 2025.

Site Visit:

A mandatory site visit has been arranged on September 11, 2024 11:30 AM PST at Sechelt Hospital, meeting at the cafeteria entrance of the south wing of the hospital.

Attendance is required for key personnel from each prime Bidder.
