Purpose

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Coastal Health Organization for the Multi-Purpose Unit. The room is located in the Koerner Pavilion, within the Medical Imaging Department at UBC Hospital. The new imaging equipment in Room M148 will replace the current, non-functional imaging equipment. The project will include renovations to accommodate the new equipment and bring the room up to code. The scope of work will include architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural reinforcement.

  1. Bidders Site Visit

A mandatory site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:

UBC Hospital Koerner Pavilion Main Lobby

This site visit is mandatory. Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Please wear face covering and maintain social distancing during the site visit. Please limit two personnel attend the Site Visit.
