Project Scope( two separate projects tendering together)

D918-00 RH Minoru Envelope and Roof Remediation Project

General/Roofing Contractor services to complete the following work required for Minoru Residence and the Adult Mental Health – Daycare Building:

  • Localized roof replacement.
  • Cladding remediation.
  • Sealant remediation or replacement.
  • Repair/replacement of waterproof membranes to stop water ingress into structure.
  • Repair/replacement of exposed structural beams/trellis that have degraded over time.
  • Exterior painting
  • EIFS(stucco) repairs

Exterior work is weather dependent and is expected to complete in May/June 2022.

B764-01 RH North & South Towers Exterior Envelope and Roof Assessment

General/Roofing Contractor services to complete the following work required for North Tower, South Tower and Westminster health Centre:

  • Pressure washing of concrete surfaces
  • Localized concrete repair
  • Cladding remediation
  • Localized glazing replacement
  • Sealant replacement

Total project completion is expected by September 15, 2022

***Note that each project must be invoiced separately ***

***Note that each project will be awarded together but via separated CCDC2 Contracts***
