This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for VGH Banfield Elevator Modernization Project. The existing Banfield Pavilion Long Term Care Facility is supported by two elevators located in a common hoistway. These elevators are beyond their life expectancy requiring modernization to provide continued reliable operations and vertical transportation for Banfield Pavilion. The General Contractor will coordinate with the elevator contractor for the replacement work anticipated February 2024 to August 2024. The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is September 2024. Please update the number of weeks in your proposal accordingly to accommodate this. Eligible Bidders Discipline: General Contractor
