This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to select a General Contractor for Project E589-00 RH Modular CT Suite & CT Scanner Replacement. Richmond Hospital (RH) is adding a new CT scanner on-site in a new modular building, and will renovate the existing CT scanner space and replace the current CT scanner with a new one. The total project area is approximately. 385 sq.m. (4,150 sq.ft.) and is located on the ground floor of the North Tower of Richmond Hospital. 

The project consists of two phases: the initial stage involves installing the net-new modular CT building, followed by the renovation of existing CT suite for the CT scanner replacement. Phase 1 includes Site Preparations, Modular Foundation Construction and renovation of existing walkway to receive the new modular CT building. The modular building will be manufactured in a remote location and shipped to the site as a packaged unit. Phase 2 includes the renovation of existing CT Scan Room, Control Room, Storage/ Equipment Room, Changing Room and Waiting Area. In addition, construction includes the installation of outdoor units on the roof, which is located on the level above and near the project area. The anticipated substantial completion is June 13, 2025 and Ready-for-takeover date is June 30, 2025.
