This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of General Contractor for the E572-00 UBCH STAT Program Relocation Project. The project is to relocate the STAT (Short Term Assessment & Treatment Centre) unit from UBC Hospital (UBCH) Detwiller Pavilion to Purdy Pavilion 4/F. This is a renovation and refreshment work to Purdy 4/F scope including remodifying the nursing station, medication room, security upgrade, new power and data installation. The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is July 26, 2024.
